1-Everything on this property is paid for in full.Therefor we can sell any item for a reasonable cost.There are thousands of items of all kinds that you can, at anytime this year make a reasonable offer on them.
2-Soon,Dunkin Doughnuts will build across the street from our location.
This will force us to upgrade our property to match the newly built Dunkin Doughnuts.
3-It makes more sence for us to sell out the current paid inventory,make the inprovements and then reorder after the work and property improvements are done.
